call'd stores the Solana address you asked it to watch, on/off state, and recent buy/callout events in chrome.storage.local on this device. It does not ask for or store a private key.

The extension reads public Solana transactions for that address and, when you confirm, posts a callout through pump.fun using the session already in this Chrome profile. No wallet secret is sent anywhere.
